Our Holiday Ideas Series will include various topics to help keep you calm, healthy, and energized.  We are kicking it off this week with several essential oil diffuser recipes.  I love diffuser recipes because while the primary purpose is to make your home or office smell good, the essential oils still have amazing benefits for your body and mind.  In a season that can be especially taxing on our emotions, adding to a heightened stress level, how can we not love the idea of diffusing?
