  So many things I love absolutely this tincture I’m not sure where to begin. Perhaps I should just say that since taking this I feel so much better... digestion, allergies, water retention, blood pressure have all improved significantly. Will definitely be keeping this on hand!

  My daughter found this and suggested that I give it a try for vaginal dryness. Everything else that I tried was topical and very temporary. Integral was just the thing.
