Sage Tincture has many uses, and our favorite is its ability to dry up breastmilk. Used in Herbal Medicine to reduce hot flashes associated with menopause, to reduce hyperhidrosis / perspiration / excessive sweating (antihydrotic), anti-galactogenic (promotes weaning of breastmilk, antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties, and used as a carminative / to relieve upset stomach and flatulence (flatulent dyspepsia). For sore throat or canker sores, put 2 squeezes in about 50ml of water, gargle and swallow the last sip (adult).

HOW TO LOWER BREAST MILK PRODUCTION

Breast milk reduction is a process of decreasing the amount of breastmilk a mother produces. There are many different approaches to decreasing milk production. The most common approach to decreased milk production is to breastfeed less as your child takes other nourishment more frequently. When needing to decrease milk supply more quickly, like an abrupt stop to breastfeeding, or when opting to bottle feed, Sage Tincture may help decrease milk production. Sage herb works by stimulating prolactin release, which decreases the rate at which the nipples allow milk out into a baby’s mouth more quickly than usual. Sage has been shown effective in reducing breastmilk secretion and help with the weaning process. Additionally, be sure to where a form fitting bra while trying to dry up breastmilk. This helps to decrease the amount of milk coming in. Be sure to avoid stimulating, massaging, or running hot water over the breasts when trying to naturally decrease breastmilk supply.

Dry up breastmilk and more

I know that this is popular for weaning, but I used it to dry up breastmilk after childbirth since I was not breastfeeding. I was looking to prevent all the pain that comes with engorgement and not breastfeeding. This did it! I experienced nothing more than some mild soreness and was just a few days in to done. I had some left over, so have used it for gas and as an antiviral. Really good quality herbs here!

Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $8.95. Faster shipping services will require an additional fee. Orders are shipped out within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Delivery and Pickup

Orders are delivered once per day and offered to Ozark AL customers free of charge. If your order was placed after deliveries have been made, it will be delivered the next day. If you are in immediate neet of your orer, please call ahead to see if we have staff available to deliver.

For curbside pickup, please call us for instructions for your first pickup order. You will recieve an email when your order is ready for pickup. In most cases your order will be ready within an hour if your order is placed before 10 am. Orders placed after 10 am may be available quickly, depending on staff availability. In some cases, orders placed after 10 am may not be ready until the next business day. If you are in immediate need of your order, please call ahead to see if we are able to fulfill your request.

Returns

For reasons of quality control, we cannot take returns on any consumable product, other than the reasons listed below. Even if unopened, we would have no way of knowing beyond certainty if the product was altered, replaced, or opened then resealed and contaminated. Please be certain of your purchase before ordering. This policy is for the safety and confidence of our customers, as well as to prevent our small business from losses due to an impulse buy. Please note that just like any over the counter or prescription medication, with herbal teas, tinctures, oils, and supplements, not everything works for everybody, therefore, we most generally will only accept returns if there is a defect in the product or a mistake on our end.
