Traditional Herbal Uses: Sage essential oil has historically been used with arthritis, rheumatism, cold, flu, muscular aches and pains, tendonitis, joint pain, menstrual pain, menopausal symptoms, hot flashes, excess perspiration, heavy and tired legs.
