Buddha Wood has a wonderful calming effect, enriches meditative practice and supports the mindset of those who wish to stay present. Buddha Wood Oil is sometimes used in place of the more common Sandalwood, but it contains unique components, although distinct in aroma. Buddha Wood Oil is often used in perfumery, especially in refined cologne for men.
Buddha Wood essential oil has a beautiful woodsy scent. It is very effective for meditation and for creating a layer of protection around the auric field. It is also very relaxing and sedating. For the physical body, Buddha Wood is anti-bacterial, anti inflammatory, and a stimulant for the immune system. Buddha Wood is also helpful for sore muscles and joints.
Yoga instructors often use Buddha Wood at the beginning or end of a class to diminish stress. Its woody and slightly smoky aroma lends itself to perfume blends with deep, exotic and romantic undertones.
