Roman chamomile can safely be used on children, the elderly, and animals. Gentle and calming, Roman chamomile shines as an agent of general skin health and has been used successfully to treat upset, reddened skin.
Roman Chamomile is ideal for treating abscesses, allergies, boils, colic, earache, flatulaence, headache, insomnia, nausea, and stress.
Roman Chamomile can be substituted with german chamomile, lavandin, and lavender.

Equal parts in the diffuser:
Sleepy Time Bath
3 drops Lavender
5 drops Roman Chamomile
3 tablespoons Sweet Almond oil
Mix together and add 3/4 to your bath water. Soak for 30 minutes. Massage remaining oil into the soles of your feet, just before going to bed, to enhance the effect.
