We use only the highest quality botanicals that are fresh, and full of flavor. Each ingredient is certified organic or ethically wild harvested, and are never sprayed with pesticides or herbicides. We grind our herbs and spices in small batches that are then sealed in nonreactive tea tins or airtight resealable bags.
