Relief Essential Oil Blend is a blend of our favorite essential oils for a triple threat against body pain, congestion, and headache. Each oil has been chosen for its individual and unique pain relieving properties, including those that are anti-inflammatory, analgesic, diuretic, and more. These properties make Relief Essential Oil Blend helpful for use with bone and joint pain, muscle pain, cramps, swelling, inflammation, headaches, tension, and congestion. Use Relief Essential Oil by following dilution guidelines, and making a massage oil, or soak. See 'additional information" tab for some ideas.
Ingredients: Pure, undiluted essential oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Camphor, Wintergreen, Lavender Copaiba, Chamomile, Ginger.

- Methods:
- Aromatically. Topically - when diluted.
- Dilution:
- Dilute to 5% (15 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil
- For Body Soreness:
- Dilute and massage into painful areas, avoiding face and other sensitive areas.
- For Headache:
- Dilute and apply to forehead, temples, neck and shoulders and massage in.
- For Congestion:
- Dilute and apply to chest for a vapor rub.

The Best Soak
My feet kill me from working road work. I add this to a foot soak and lotion. It does the trick fast. very satisfying.

Favorite!
This has become a favorite essential oil. I bought it for my husband for back pain. It worked well for him, but since have found it a great help for headache and stuffiness among other things.
