- Stephanie, who is our founder, master herbalist, and the creative mind behind our company.
- Katie is a herbalist apprentice. In addition to working closely with our products, she manages the majority of our social media.
- Cole keeps inventory, works in shipping, and in-store customer service.
- Tim is the glue that holds it all together with his knowledgable customer service and by filling in wherever he is needed. Tim is also the 'manny' and resident dog walker.
Our Beliefs
Our story is rooted in the traditions of christian based herbalism, a tradition of those in The Herbal Toad family for generations. Christian herbalists are Bible believing Christians called to a natural health and healing ministry. Unlike other herbalists, Christian herbalists rely on God's Word and evidence based medicinal herbs to help heal self and others. The three health care priorities of every Christian herbalist are: Spiritual Health, Emotional (Soul) Health, and Body Health (1 Thes 5:23).

Why We Share Our Beliefs
We have love and respect for every single one of our customers and community members, no matter their personal beliefs, and at the same time, our faith is an intricate part of who we are as a family, thus who we are as a business. It is our deepest prayer that we can return to a time of civility for one another, and build relationships on commonalities rather than division based on differences.
Returns
For reasons of quality control, we cannot take returns on any consumable product, other than the reasons listed below. Even if unopened, we would have no way of knowing beyond certainty if the product was altered, replaced, or opened then resealed and contaminated. Please be certain of your purchase before ordering. This policy is for the safety and confidence of our customers and we appreciate your understanding. Please note that just like any over the counter or prescription medication, with herbal teas, tinctures, oils, and supplements, not everything works for everybody; therefore, we most generally will only accept returns if there is a defect in the product or a mistake on our end. In the event of the shipment either not being correct or defective in some way, The Herbal Toad will happily accept the return within 15 days and promptly mail you a replacement, credit your account, or credit your method of payment. Once you submit your order, it can only be changed during the brief time that it takes to prepare your order for shipment. Once processed through our shipping department it is not possible to change or cancel an order.

Shipping and Processing Time
Orders are shipped daily excluding weekends and postal holidays. If your order is placed after our shipments have gone out for the day, your order will be shipped the next business day. For more information on shipping, see our Shipping Info Page.
In Person Delivery
You will only see the delivery option if you are local to our area. We are unable to promise a certain time of delivery. If you are not home when we deliver, your package will be left for you. We make deliveries only once per day and will not deliver your order until the next business day if we have already completed our deliveries for the day. If you are in a hurry for your order, we suggest calling to see if your order will be delivered the same day, or choose curbside pickup.
Curbside Pickup
AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER, call (334)714-9503 for first time curbside pickup instructions. n most cases your order will be ready within an hour if your order is placed before 10 am. Orders placed after 10 am may be available quickly, depending on staff availability. In some cases, orders placed after 10 am may not be ready until the next business day. If you need your order filled quickly, please call (334) 714-9503 to find out if we have staff available to fill your order for immediate pickup.

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never give your name, address or any other information to any other company or individual for their promotional or financial gain. The information you submit is used to to process and ship orders, process payments, keep track of points earned from Pure Rewards, or to send e-mails to those who have chosen to receive them.
