Are The Herbal Toad's oils therapeutic grade?
Yes. All of our oils are 100% pure therapeutic grade. We have a genuine passion for seeking out only the best quality pure oils available. All of our oils have been rigorously tested and meet the highest standard in the industry. There are never any synthetics, pesticides, or any adulteration of any kind in any of our oils. We assure this through third party GC/MS (gas chromatography mass spectrometry) testing on every single batch.
How Do You Assure Quality Control On Your Products?
Not only do we require GC/MS testing on every essential oil, but we also carry only organic herbs in which we make our teas and tinctures. Each THT made product is herbalist/ aromatherapist created. Because we are a small business, we are able to manufacture and store our products in a climate controlled building, rather than a warehouse. This is very important when it comes to sustaining the quality of herbal products.

We are located in Ozark, Alabama, where we have a retail store and production rooms.

Free shipping on all domestic orders over $20 offer applies only to orders placed at theherbaltoad.com and shipped through The Herbal Toad's shipping method of choice (most usually USPS) within the United States. Faster shipping services will require an additional fee. We try to process orders quickly, usually the same day or within 24 hours. Orders are usually shipped either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days, but most often times even faster. We do not ship after 11 am on Saturday, on Sundays, or on holidays. While we take every measure to get your package to you quickly, The Herbal Toad cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control after being turned over to the shipping provider.
It is solely up to you, the customer, to enter the correct shipping address. Once the package has left our facility, there is nothing that we can do to change the shipping address, although you may consider this service from USPS.
As an alternative to shipping, you may choose the option to pickup your order in-store. There are many advantages to shopping online with us, including our customer loyalty program, Pure Rewards, so many of our store customers take advantage of this option.

Shipping Outside the United States
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
For reasons of quality control, we cannot take a return on any consumable product, other than the reasons listed below. Even if unopened, we would have no way of knowing beyond certainty if the product was altered, replaced or opened and contaminated. This policy is for the safety and confidence of our customers and we appreciate your understanding. Please note that just like any over the counter or prescription medication, with herbal teas, tinctures, oils, and supplements, not everything works for everybody; therefore, we most generally will only accept returns if there is a defect in the product or a mistake on our end. In the event of the shipment either not being correct or defective in some way, The Herbal Toad will happily accept the return within 15 days and promptly mail you a replacement, credit your account, or credit your method of payment.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Once you submit your order, it can only be changed during the brief time that it takes to prepare your order for shipment. Once processed through our shipping department it is not possible to change or cancel an order.
