The secret lies in kavalactones, the psychoactive parts of the kava plant. The kavalactones (approx. 8%) in a few drops of kava tincture, can put you into a rare state of relaxed focus. This is why we recommend taking it before public speaking, or before going into a situation that may cause you to be anxious.

I don't experience frequent anxiety but when I do I take this Kava. It works quickly every time I have needed it so far.

Why the one thing that works for my anxiety and panic attacks has to taste like s---, I don't know, but I did get used to it. I put it directly in my mouth now, but I started out by putting it in a tiny shot of tea.

I have been using stability for awhile and it has helped a lot, but its the kava that helped me overcome my social anxiety. I take it before going into any situation where I have to talk to people and it has worked every time. I no longer panic about the thought of a get together. Kava has my back.
