Mama Milk Roll-On and Refill

The Herbal Toad's Mama Milk Roll-On is a tool to increases breastmilk production. Use alone or with our Mama Milk Tincture, our most powerful lactation support, or Mama Milk Tea.

• Clary Sage – Clary Sage essential oil (not to be confused with Sage), contains the chemical compound sclareol, which is known to help balance estrogen in the female body. For this reason, it is known to be beneficial during breastfeeding. Many sources recommend avoiding this oil during pregnancy (particularly the first trimester) as it can cause uterine contractions, though no studies have been conducted to confirm or refute that it may induce miscarriages. • Basil – Basil, Ocimum basilicum (not to be confused with Lemon basil), essential oil is known to help balance hormone levels, including the hormone progesterone. 

• Fennel – Fennel essential is recommended first by most herbalists as it is so good at boosting milk production. Note, if you are making this blend yourself it is vitally important to dilute fennel properly in order to avoid adverse reactions.

Mama Milk refill bottle will refill a topical roll-on bottle 6 times. It can also be used directly from the bottle.
