- Directions:
- Shake. Put directly in mouth, add to water, tea, juice, or hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol.
- Healthy Adults:
- 2 squeezes of the dropper, up to 3 times per day.*
- Healthy Children 6+:
- 30 Drops or 1 squeeze of the dropper, up to 3 times per day. *
