Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 6 and over, take 1 squeeze of the dropper 2-3 times per day. This tincture is not recommended for use with pregnant women.

This does everything that it says that it does plus one BIG thing that isn't mentioned, brain fog. My allergies are horrible and the symptoms make me feel like I was living in a bubble. And I can actually see an improvement in my allergy symptoms now even when I am not taking the formula. Added to water this tincture is very easy to take.
