A simple answer.
I have cleaned up my diet and added antinflammatory foods after finding out that my problems were related to inflammation. This tea is an excellent way to control inflammation, especially on the days where my diet wasn’t as good as I would like it to be.

It really is worth a try
This isn't the only thing that I use for inflammation, I also use the anti inflame tincture but I really enjoy the tea and I have experienced a world of difference.
