Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 6 and over, take 1 squeeze of the dropper 2-3 times per day. This tincture may be recommended by a health practitioner for use during pregnancy or during lactation.

Better than capsules
I have taken turmeric capsules and they don't work nearly as well as this tincture. I was told that it's because the liquid, the carrier (grain alcohol), and the mix of herbs that help the body to absorb. It turns out to be true.

Amazing product
This is truly great product! I recommend this to anyone who has arthritis. I was taking it to help with joint pain and it absolutely worked. When I stopped taking it the pain came back, so I keep this on hand for whenever I feel my inflammation flare up.

A part of my every day routine
I have successfully gotten rid of my inflammation thanks to y'all. I take anti inflame every day and dtetox every other month. I also diffuse anti inflammatory oils at night. I am standing upright for the first time in over two years and I want to keep it that way!

Working alternative to capsules
I unfortunately can not digest capsules of any sort but have found this to be a good working alternative work around. The tincture is incredibly easy to take compared to the turmeric that I was making prior and not enjoying in the least.
