Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. This tincture is not suitable for use with children, pregnant women, or nursing women.

Blood Pressure Under Control
I have a blood pressure cuff at home and took my blood pressure daily when I started to take this tincture. It was interesting to chart the decrease in my blood pressure while it was moving. I am now in normal range!

I don't know how it works, but it does. After taking bp regularly I talked to my doc and worked on getting completely off from my blood pressure meds. Three months later, and still doing great.
