Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. This tincture is not suitable for use with children, pregnant women, or nursing women.

Researched it and tried
After being told that I needed to start on blood pressure medicine, I did a lot of research on natural alternatives. I decided to go with this one since it had the combination that I wanted in one bottle. My doctor has been monitoring my BP and it is down in normal range without using anything but this. I am back for more and I am thinking about trying the Kava too. Thank you for such a great product.

Quality Tincture

Did the job!
I have struggle with borderline to high blood pressure for a couple of years now. I did not want to go the prescription route so I changed my diet and tried out a few supplements to no avail. This tincture did the job. I have been using it now for almost a year and it is still working just great.
