Description

Balsam Fir essential oil is a fresh, woodsy, balsamic, essential oil that embraces the aroma of Christmas, but Balsam Fir goes beyond the magic of Christmas trees and pine forests. Along with Balsam Firs strength of providing support for healthy lungs, balsam fir essential oil can also help reduce unwanted muscle spasms and manage minor aches and inflammation. Instructions

To diffuse Balsam Fir Essential oil add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 4% (12 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion.

    I was looking for a fresh scent that was different from my usual citrus oils. Basil was exactly what I was looking for. It is sweet and herbaceous. Love this oil!
