How to Use Balsam Fir Essential Oil 

  1. Diffuse 2-3 drops to alleviate stress and uplift mood.
  2. Mix 6 drops with half an ounce of carrier oil to soothe sore and fatigued muscles.
  3. Dilute with a carrier oil and use topically to support health respiratory functions.
  4. In a 4 oz glass spray bottle add 20 drops of Balsam Fir and 4 drops of Clove essential oil. Fill halfway with vodka, and half with water.  Spritz your artificial Christmas tree before decorating.

    I was looking for a fresh scent that was different from my usual citrus oils. Basil was exactly what I was looking for. It is sweet and herbaceous. Love this oil!
