Ceylon or "true cinnamon" has a subtle, warm, mildly sweet flavor that works in everything from savory dishes to delicate desserts. Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamonum verum) has a more delicate and sweet flavor than the more common cassia cinnamon, and is the preferred cinnamon for quality and flavor. We use only the highest quality botanicals that are fresh, and full of flavor. Each ingredient is certified organic or ethically wild harvested, and are never sprayed with pesticides or herbicides. - For Tea:
- Boil 1 cup of water. Pour 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon into the boiling water. Stir with the spoon until most of the cinnamon dissolves.

The Best I Have Hed
I am learning that there is a great deal of difference between cinnamon types and quality. The sweet and spicy smell and flavor is like no other I have tried. It is just wonderful and I have enjoyed using it a great deal.
