Instructions
To diffuse Blue Chamomile Essential oil add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 3% (9 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion. Add a few drops to your favorite facial cream and use regularly to maintain skin health. Add a drop or two to a moist towel and apply on the forehead to relieve head and neck tension.

Love this!
I use this chamomile EO for everything. One of my favorite uses is a few drops in the wipe solution I make for the baby wipes I use when changing my daughter’s diaper. I have noticed her skin has significantly less irritation. Plus I love the smell.

Becoming my favorite oil.
I wasn't sure if I liked the scent of chamomile but it is an oil that smells good when mixed with other oils and I find it very warm and soothing. Added to lavender it is a wonderful essential oil blend for the family.
