Instructions
To diffuse German Chamomile Essential oil add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 3% (9 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion. Add a few drops to your favorite facial cream and use regularly to maintain skin health. Add a drop or two to a moist towel and apply on the forehead to relieve head and neck tension.
