Instructions
Use Daily Turmeric Powder in smoothes, to add flavor to any food, to make turmeric milk, or in recipes wherever turmeric is called for. For tea, boil 1 cup of water. Pour 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon into the boiling water. Stir with the spoon until most of the cinnamon dissolves.
