Description

The Herbal Toad's Deep Breath essential oil is a customer favorite for use with head and chest congestion. Deep Breath Essential Oil is an ally during cold and flu season when diffused or when diluted in a carrier oil or lotion and used as a chest rub. For use with those with asthma, pregnancy, breastfeeding or children, try Huff and Puff essential oil instead. For extra support consider pairing with Respair Tincture.

    I keep this in my nightstand. After I get in bed I take three deep breaths from it. It helps me to sleep deeply with no grogginess in the morning. I use it every night. It is amazing. The scent is very nice.

    This was recommended to me by one of my employees. To be perfectly honest, I didn't know if I could buy into the idea of essential oils, but I am now up to 5 oils that I use pretty regularly because of how well this worked to help me breath more comfortably.
