Instructions

1. Heat 1 cup of water, remove from heat
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer.
3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 5 minutes.
4. Remove tea strainer and herbs. Sweeten if desired, and enjoy.

    Detox Me is an enjoyable enough tea, but it is the effectiveness that makes it a fantastic tea. I purchased to kick the sugar and caffeine habit and I noticed a major difference compared to trying before. I didn't suffer headaches as I have in the past. Nor was I sleepy. The cravings were there at the beginning, but it was not bad at all. I was finally able to complete my goal!
