Ingredients
Organic Elderberry, Organic Echinacea, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Rosehips, and Organic Cinnamon; extracted in organic alcohol 1:2.
Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol.
Healthy adults take 2 squeezes of the dropper 1 time a day for prevention, or 2-3 times a day for recovery. For healthy children age 5 and over, take 1 squeeze of the dropper 1 time a day for prevention, or 2-3 times a day for recovery. For healthy children age 2-5, take 15 drops 1 time a day for prevention, or 2-3 times a day for recovery.
This Tincture may be recommended by a health practitioner during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Elderberry
My daughter was diagnosed with the flu after I had spent the full day with her. I thought for sure I would get sick as well, but we immediately started taking lemon balm and elderberry. Not only did I never get sick despite being around her all day, but also she was only sick for that one day! The flu barely interrupted our lives, and I'm sure it's because of lemon balm and elderberry.

I have been using this tincture to boost my immune protection, and love the herbal combination in this formula. As an herbalist, I appreciate being able to buy formulas that I know are beneficial, but I haven't been able to grow for myself. I really recommend this tincture.

The Best

Going it again with elderberry tincture!
I am back for more elderberry tincture this year. I am a single mom with 3 kids. We cannot afford to have the flu have its way.
