Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol.

For Best Results: Mix serving with 1 tablespoon honey to make an all natural cough syrup. This mixture can be added to another drink for finicky children.

For DIY cough syrup, follow any of our recipes, or simply heat honey, remove from heat, add tincture, cool, and add to sealed bottle.

Healthy adults take 2-3 squeezes of the dropper as needed. For healthy children age 6 and over, take 1 squeeze of the dropper as needed. For healthy children age 2-5, take 15 drops as needed.

    Good Results

This works well by itself but we have done the honey mixture thing too, which is great, but I don't think it's necessary. We have had good results with it by just using it as a regular tincture.

About Our Herbal Products

We use only the highest quality herbs that are certified organic, or holistically wild crafted.

Tinctures & Extracts

We use organic herbs macerated in organic grain alcohol and filtered water. This combination acts as a carrier, bringing the remedy straight to the blood stream for maximum effectiveness. Tinctures are absorbed in the mouth and stomach and bypass the slower intestinal system, making sure you get the most our of every drop.

Loose Herbs & Tea

We grind our herbs and spices in small batches as neeed to retain freshness. Cut herbs and teas are then sealed in nonreactive, resealable bags on the same day that your order is filled. Our process protects the flavorful, healthful constituents of each herb, retaining medicinal quality while providing optimal flavor.

Essential Oils

Our essential oils are unsprayed-wildcrafted, or certified organic, and put through rigorous quality control measures. Every batch is tested by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC/MS) testing to ensure therapeutic quality and purity.  There are no synthetics, fragrances, fillers, or toxic chemicals in our essential oils, ever!
