Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2-3 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 12 and over, take 1 squeeze of the dropper 2-3 times per day. This Tincture is not recommended for small children, during pregnancy or while nursing.

Fabulous!
This tincture has helped immensely with hot flashes (nearly gone now) and anxiety/irritability. If you’re in the midst of menopause and suffering, I highly recommend!

Amazing
I started taking the Harvest Moon Tincture almost a year ago when I stopped taking birth control (this was part of my getting off of any and all prescription meds). As soon as I started using the tincture, my period went from lasting 5-7 days to lasting 3-4 days. Also, it came on time, every 21 days, where before I never knew when it was coming, even on birth control. I also just had my Estrogen level checked and it was perfect. Thank you so much for another Amazing product!!

This works!
This has worked for my hot flashes, and an abundance of hormonal issues including weight gain, loss of energy, among other things. I have been taking Harvest moon now for 4 months and I feel a lot better overall.
