Heal-All (Prunella vulgaris), is also known as Self-Heal, Woundwort, Heart-of-the-Earth, Carpenter's Herb, or Brownwort. Ingredients
Organic Heal All (Prunella vulgaris); extracted in organic alcohol (1:2).
Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol.
Healthy adults take 1-2 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 12 and over, take 1 squeeze of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 5-12, take 18 drops 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 2-5, take 10 drops 2-3 times per day.
Heal All Tincture may be applied directly to cold sores, or diluted into water first for more sensitive skin. You can also add a squeeze to water, tea, or juice. Heal All Tincture can also be mixed with a spoonful of honey when taking as a remedy to the throat. You can also use Heal-All to make throat spray.
This tincture may be recommended by a health practitioner during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
