- To Diffuse:
- Add 2-3 drops per 100 ml of water in an aromatherapy diffuser.

- Dilute to 5% (15 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil.

Family Favorite
We all love huff and puff. It works for head colds so well that our three year old actually asks for it when she is stuffy. We have also tried it for a muscle strain, and it seemed to help relieve the pain for that.

Works and Smells Great
I discovered Huff and Puff when I was pregnant and not wanting to take any medication and have been using it anytime we have a cold since, even on our now toddler. We set the diffuser on high and add Huff and Puff and use it in place of a humidifier. FYI - I found out that this will actually fight off mold and mildew, rather than promote it like other products like this.
