Instructions
To diffuse Immune Essential Oil, add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 5% (15 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion.
- Mix with a carrier oil or lotion and apply to the soles of your feet to support the immune system, especially during the cold and flu season.
- Mix with water and use to wipe down floors, countertops, and other surfaces.
- Diffuse it around the office, classroom or in your home to neutralize the air from strong odors.
- Add a drop of Immune and a spoonful of raw honey to a warm cup of water. Enjoy in the morning or anytime you need a boost.
- Add a few drops to your dishwater or dishwasher to eliminate odors and boost cleaning.
- Diffuse 6–8 drops to help create a cozy, peaceful environment.
- Add a drop or two to your laundry soap for cleaner, fresher clothes.
