Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 5 and over, take 1 squeeze of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 2-5 take 15 drops 2-3 times per day. This tincture may be recommended by a health paractitioner for use with pregnant women or nursing women.

Lemon Balm
My daughter was diagnosed with the flu after I had spent the full day with her. I thought for sure I would get sick as well, but we immediately started taking lemon balm and elderberry. Not only did I never get sick despite being around her all day, but also she was only sick for that one day! The flu barely interrupted our lives, and I'm sure it's because of lemon balm and elderberry.

Good herbal remedy.
I have been a long time fan of lemon balm. It does so many things. This is a good quality tincture that tastes amazing in a splash of water. It is easy to keep on hand and administer as needed for a number of ailments.
