Directions:: Tinctures can be put in cold water, tea, or juice, or put in hot water to drink as a tea. The alcohol evaporates, while the herb stays in the water.

The Herbal Toad is the best. They are all so nice and always willing to help. Stephanie suggested this during a consultation. She didn't try to sell it. She just recommended that I take Maca and told me to buy it in a powder other than tincture. She preferred the tincture but told me how to take the power if I preferred. Since I live in a big city, she thought that I might want to buy it at a nearby herb shop. Can you believe that. She is genuine in what she does. The Maca has worked great!

The only way to take Maca!

It was suggested by my doctor that I take Maca Root. I didn't want capsules that really don't absorb well, and I was told to try the powder. I bought some from another company and it was too horrible to consume. It smelled awful and tasted just as bad. This formula is A+++. When I put it in tea or water I can not even tell that it is in there. It is easy to store and easy to take. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now and there is a noticeable difference in many of my symptoms that are related to hormonal issues.
