Description

Instructions

1. Heat 1 cup of water, remove from heat
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer.
3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 5 minutes.
4. Remove tea strainer and herbs. Sweeten if desired, and enjoy.

    Finally a lactation tea that tastes decent and works! I have tried so many brands that I ended up not drinking because of the taste, while I drank others that tasted good but never seemed to make a difference. I have enjoyed drinking this tea. I was going to try the tincture, but this has served me well enough on its own. I will give the tincture a try if we are blessed with another. Thank you for being such an outstanding company too! I called and got a real person right away who was friendly and willing and able to answer all of my questions. The girl (sorry I forgot her name) said that it is a family owned business. I heard the kiddos in the background, which is something that I can get behind.
