We start with Moringa, known as 'The Miracle Tree", and for good reason. Besides being one of the best single herbs for nutritional support; lactation support; cholesterol, diabetes, and blood pressure support; Moringa supports a healthy immune system, balances hormones, supports restorative sleep, relieves redness and swelling, naturally increases energy levels without inhibiting natural sleep patterns, and is anti-inflammatory. Moringa has shown an inhibitory effect on airway inflammation, and an anti‐asthmatic and anti‐allergic activity via inhibition of histamine and IL‐4 release. Mint supports gut health, settles the mind and body, and lifts the spirit. Lemon balm is good for emotional supportive and is an antiviral herb.
