Nasal Steam

 The Herbal Toads Herbal Nasal Steam, is an herbal bath and facial steam formulated with aromatic herbs to help relieve congestion.  Steam inhalation is a traditional remedy for colds, coughs and congestion. Although herbal steam cannot cure a cold or flu, when inhaled, the decongestant and antiseptic herbal aromatics go where they are needed, into congested and irritated sinus passages, throat and lungs.  Warm, moist air helps opens up congested sinuses and lung passageways and loosen mucus allowing easier breathing. Herb for up to 8 steams. Herbal Nasal Steam can also be used as a facial steam and a bath tea.

For a Steam: Add 4 tablespons of steam blend to large bowl of 4-6 cups steaming water. Inhale steam. For best results, cover head with towel to keep steam from escaping team for 5-10 minutes. More herb may be used if desired, but it is unnecessary to have a strong aroma in order to be an effective steam.

Avoid steam burns by staying far enough away from the steam and taking extreme care not to spill steaming water. It's best to avoid this method with children.
