Instructions

Diffusing Neuro Calm Essential Oil does not have the same effect as topical application, but it may be done. To diffuse Neuro Calm Essential Oil, add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 5% (15 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion. To use as a soak, mix 1/4 cup milk with 20 drops oil. Add to basin of water for soaking hands or feet.

    I have been using the roll-on for awhile and it works like magic. No kidding. I decided to try this for something to add to my foot soak. Neuro Calm has given me a world of relief. I am very grateful.
