Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2 squeezes of the dropper 3 times per day. For healthy children ages 5 and over, take 1 squeeze of the dropper bottle 2-3 times per day.For healthy children ages 2-5 take 15 drops 2-3 times per day. This tincture may be recommended by a health paractitioner for use with pregnant women or nursing women.

Between this and Level Up, they are the best vitamin supplement that I have taken. I have more energy than I have had in years. I feel like there is a real advantage to taken vitamins in this way.

I have taken no other vitamins other than liquid vitamins over the past several years, and the difference in my health and energy is remarkable.
