Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2-3 squeezes of the dropper 3 times per day. For healthy children ages 8 and over, take 1-2 squeeze of the dropper bottle 2-3 times per day. For healthy children ages 5-8 take 1 squeze of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children ages 2-5 take 15 drops 2-3 times per day. This tincture may be recommended by a health practitioner for use with nursing women. It is not recommended for pregnant women.

Very Happy
A bottle of this lasts months. Just a little does the trick very well. We hide it in our LO's drink before long car rides because he gets really upset in his carseat. We have also used it for bedtime and it helps him calm down.
