Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2-3 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 12 and over, take 20 drops 2-3 times per day.For healthy children age 5-12 take 10 drops 2-3 times per day. This tincture may be recommended by a health paractitioner for use during pregnancy or when nursing.

Works with no cramping
This works for me without cramping and without diarrhea.

I use this as a digestive bitter after lunch and dinner. I like it for acid reflux, gas, bloating. Look at the ingredients. It is definitely good for digestion.
