Use For:
Keloid scars - caused by injuries or surgery and appear thicker and darker then the surrounding skin due to your body secreting excess collagen to the affected area.
Contractures scars or burn scars - leave the skin tighter and can often go deeper effecting muscle or nerves, these scars are important to address right away as they can affect flexibility and movement.
Hypertrophic scars - due to excessive amounts of collagen creating deep layers leaving a raised appearance. They will form only on the injury areas and can often have nerve and blood vessels.
Atrophic scars or acne scars - below the surface of the normal skin tissue appearing pitted or sunken. These scars are caused when your skin does not produce enough collagen.
Stretch marks - appear when your skin is stretched quickly, tear like. Often parallel glossy red or purple streaks.
