Apply and massage well into the skin after bathing, and and additional two times daily. Using an electric massager makes this blend more effective. Increasing water intake will help pull out of the body what the EO's are releasing.

    I am pleasantly surprised at how well this worked. I was confident and swimsuit ready in no time. The oil smells great. It seems like it was good for my skin itself too. My skin is softer and healthier.
