Instructions
Sleep Roll-On and Refill are pre-diluted and ready to use topically. The refill bottle can be used directly from the dropper bottle, or used to refill a roll-on bottle 6 times. Apply to back of neck, chest, feet or back. This is a topical blend. If you would prefer to diffuse this blend choose Sleep Pure Essential Oil.
