Instructions
To diffuse Autumn Trail Essential Oil, add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 3% (9 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion. Do not apply citrus essential oils topically before direct exposure to sunlight.
