- Methods:
- Aromatically. Topically - when diluted.
- To Diffuse:
- Add 2-3 drops per 100 ml water in an aromatherapy diffuser.
- To Apply Topically:
- Dilute to 5% (15 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil
- Use in Bath:
- Add 5 drops to 1/2 cup Epsom Salt and a tsp. of bubble bath and add to warm bath.
