Instructions
To use Bone and Joint Essential Oil topically as a massage oil for aches and joints, dilute to 5% (15 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion. For a compress, apply diluted essential Oil to area of concern, and cover area with a moist warm compress. To use as a soak for sore feet and ankles, apply several drops to a foot soak.

This works well for sore achey bones and joints. Used it with my massage lotion. The smell is louder than my other purchases but no problem it still works ?

The difference is exceptional
My wife talked me into buying this after visiting The Herbal Toad store over the holidays. We have been adding the mixture to a massage lotion so we don't have to fool with a greasy oil. I have to admit that it is quite remarkable. When she's right, she's right.
