Candida Calm Tincture can be effectively used with the following as related to candida overgrowth:

Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. Healthy children age 8 and over take 1 squeeze of the dropper 2-3 times per day. Healthy children age 5-8 take 15 drops 2-3 times per day. This tincture is not recommended for use with pregnant women or nursing women.

Worked Longer Term Thank Other Things
I have tried a lot of things for candida issues. I had chronic sinus infections, digestive issues, and skin conditions. I used this for 2 oz worth and saw a major difference. It has been over 4 months and I have not experienced any of the issues that I used to. I am ordering some more today to keep on hand. I tell everybody I know about you.
