Like the familiar spice, cinnamon bark essential oil has a lovely fragrance. Cinnamon makes just about every fall and winter blend a fragrant delight. Its warming property brings quick relief to stiff or sore muscles, and it's a good one to diffuse when you're you are in need of support for a healthy upper respiratory system. Cinnamon bark essential oil is ideal as natural insect control. It is also our ou go-to for eliminating odors in the kitchen garbage disposal. Add a few drops at night, and you will wake up to a fresh smelling kitchen. Ooh, and don't forget to add cinnamon to your aphrodisiac blend.

Add 2-3 drops per 100 ml water in an aromatherapy diffuser.

Dilute to 0.1% (5 drops per 1oz) of carrier oil or lotion.
