Cortisol A.M. Herbal Tea: 2 Cups (80 Servings) Loose Leaf Tea with Organic Rooibos, Organic Nettle Leaf, Organic Lemon Verbena, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Ashwagandha Leaf, Organic Oat Tops, Organic Skullcap, Organic Lemongrass, and Organic Calendula..

Cortisol P.M. Herbal Tea: 2 Cups (80 Servings) Loose Leaf Tea with Organic Nettle Leaf, Organic Ashwaganha Leaf, Organic Oat Tops, Organic Dandelion Root and Organic Skullcap.

Instructions

1. Heat 1 cup of water, remove from heat
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer.
3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 5 minutes.
4. Remove tea strainer and herbs. Sweeten if desired, and enjoy.
