The Herbal Toad's Nutri-Tea is a nutritive blend of herbs that can be taken every day to add essential vitamins and minerals to your diet.  This herbal vitamin tea blend is effective for men, women, and children, and safe for both children and pregnant women.  This formula of vitamin tea has been used as both tea and tincture as a prenatal supplement for generations, but always check with your doctor for your individual needs. The nutrients in herbs are easily digested, well absorbed by the body, and do not cause stomach upset or constipation.

Alfalfa Leaves  In Arabic, it means "father of all foods", and has a high concentration of many vitamins and minerals.  Alfalfa contains vitamins A, B, D, E, and K, and is a rich source of iron, calcium, and magnesium, as well as protein and eight essential amino acids, and the highest chlorophyll content of almost any plant. Chlorophyll is a high energy source.

Dandelion Leaves  provide a substantial amount of several minerals, including iron, calcium, magnesium and potassiumis, and is an excellent source of vitamins A, C and K. They also contain vitamin E, folate and small amounts of other B vitamins.

Red Raspberry Leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals.  They provide B vitamins,Vvitamins A, E, C and a number of minerals, including calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and iron, and plenty of antioxidant properties.  Red raspberry leaves contain polyphenols like tannins and flavonoids, which act as antioxidants in your body and can help protect cells from damage.  In addition, the leaves contain small amounts of ellagic acids, which have been shown to neutralize carcinogens and even contribute to the self-destruction of cancer cells.

Spearmint is a good source of plant protein, iron, manganese, Copper, Potassium, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine, Vitamin C, B5, B6, Folate (B9)

Lemonbalm is high in calcium, magnesium, B vitamins, and protein.

    This tea is delicious AND it is replacing many of the conventional vitamins I have taken. Yay for making a better way to supplement!!! Thank you!
