Instructions
To diffuse Digest Essential oil add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 5% (15 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion.

Worth it’s weight in gold
I got excellent results the first time I used this for a long time issue. Have used it for myself and several family & friends since. Found out for ourselves that it works great for motion sickness, belly aces from meds, indigestion after a meal, nervous belly… Great stuff to have on hand.
